Rules & Terms of Service
By creating an account, purchasing, or using our software you agree to the following rules in full. Last updated: August 2026.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Our software is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or partial credits for any reason — including dissatisfaction, technical issues, or bans. No exceptions.
2. No Responsibility for Bans
Using our software is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for game bans, account suspensions, VAC/Trust Factor penalties, or any action by the game developer, anti-cheat, or platform. You are solely responsible for any consequences.
3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute through Stripe or your bank is strictly prohibited and considered fraud. Any chargeback results in permanent account termination, license key revocation, and a permanent ban from our services.
4. Software Provided "As Is"
Our software is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee indefinite undetection, compatibility with all hardware, or uninterrupted function. Detection status can change at any time.
5. Test Mode Requirement
Before running the software you MUST enable Test Mode for your drivers. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run: bcdedit /set testsigning on — then restart your PC. The software will not run correctly without Test Mode enabled. Verify the "Test Mode" watermark in the bottom-right corner before launching.
6. License Keys & Accounts
License keys are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and are tied to a single account. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing keys results in permanent revocation. Your account and hardware ID (HWID) are locked together; HWID resets are granted at our sole discretion.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized access.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our software or services to harm others, violate laws, or compromise the security or availability of our services. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or modify our software results in permanent termination.
9. Changes to Rules
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these rules at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
